How fast does my internet need to be?

I missed a show — can I watch it later?
Yes. Recordings keeps recent broadcasts from news, sports, series, telenovela and movie channels, so you can catch up whenever you like.
Can I watch more than one channel at once?
Yes — Multi Screen shows two or four live channels side by side. To watch on more devices at the same time, contact Support.
How do I sign in on my TV?
Install the TV app, then open Sign in on TV from your account and enter the code shown on the television.
Can I switch between Hebrew and English?
Yes. The site opens in Hebrew; use the language button at the top or bottom of any page to switch.
A channel or video won't play — what should I do?
Refresh the page and try again, then check your internet speed. If it still doesn't play, tell Support which channel or title it was and we will fix it.
How do I renew or cancel?
Open Subscription from your account to renew. To cancel or for any payment question, write to Support.
